The platform is developed, owned, and operated by Seagull Venture Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and is marketed and distributed under the brand name mojonetwork.in.
By accessing or using the mojonetwork.in website, platform, web properties or any related services ("Platform"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent modifications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Seagull Venture Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mojonetwork.in, Seagull Venture Private Limited, and its holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms. In the event of any such claim, you shall bear all associated legal expenses, penalties, fines, and costs for damages incurred by Seagull Venture Private Limited, its holding companies, and its properties.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures outlined on the Platform or by contacting customer support.
12.2 Termination by Company
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or any fraudulent or illegal activities.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately. Any outstanding financial obligations will remain. We reserve the right to delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Prior to initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation, with the proceedings conducted in English in Bhopal, India.
Users must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its amendments), the IT Rules, 2021, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Press Council of India guidelines, and any other relevant media or data protection regulations.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Seagull Venture Private Limited. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term.
